The discharge from the turbo’s internal wastegate is introduced right at the point where the exhaust flow exits the turbine and the entire gas flow is then forced to make a tight turn all in a small area. This creates a lot of turbulence especially when running other power increasing mods.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e \u003ci\u003eThe Solution:\u003c\/i\u003e\n\u003cdiv style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"background-color: initial;\"\u003eBy casting the turbine outlet section, AMS was able to maximize the tight space allowed for the O2 housing and downpipe. CAD designed in three dimensions, the downpipe can handle a higher volume and creates a straighter path for the exhaust flow.
